2D animations, jumping sitting and pushing a box

i have completed all three of these but unfortunately they will not render out properly and i cannot upload them to my blog, i have put the original files in the folder on the share drive. sorry about this.

 i had 2 attempts at the heavy box pose, i think the above photo is my best  pose, as the box does look heavy.

Rigging Practice Happy Pose.

This is the front of the happy pose I tried to create, I went for him jumping in the air as if he was celebrating as I thought it would be a challenge. The hardest part of this was getting the arms in this shape, because when rotating them round, I had to be careful because if I didnt play around with all the joints then the shoulder pads would be skewed and the arm would go through itself.
